Our People
Lawrence Chen
Managing Partner
Lawrence has extensive experiences in providing assurance and advisory services to a broad range of clients from traditional trading to digital marketing, crypto currency, Registered Fund Management Company (RFMC), hedge funds and etc. Past and present clients include Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) listed companies, multinational corporations in Singapore, Malaysia and China. He has also successfully team lead and assisted clients as reporting accountant in Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Reverse Take Over (RTO) on SGX.

He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, a fellowship member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
Matthew Goh
Partner, Assurance
Matthew is a partner of assurance and advisory services. He has been co-managing the firm’s assurance operational matters during his career and is well received by all clients.

He has extensive experiences in providing assurance and advisory services to a broad range of clients from trading, construction, investment entities, investment holding, non-profit organisations etc. Past and present clients include Stock Exchange listed companies, multinational corporations in Singapore, India, Malaysia and China.

He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a fellowship member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Ng Hui Hsien
Partner, Corporate Solutions
Hui Hsien has many years of audit and accounting experience in top tier international accounting firms in Singapore. She has served numerous clients including public listed companies, multinational corporations and SMEs. Her exposure covers a wide range of industries which include recycling and renewable energy, trading, manufacturing, construction, service providers and etc.
She has also successfully team lead and assisted clients as reporting accountant in Initial Public Offering (IPO) on SGX. And she has also been the Chief Financial Officer of a few listed companies in Singapore with overseas components in the region.
She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a fellowship member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Kayee Koo
Partner, Technical and Training
Kayee has over 15 years of experience in delivering assurance and advisory services to clients across various industries in Singapore and other Asian countries, in particularly China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar. Her clientele includes Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) listed companies, Small and Medium Enterprise (“SME”) who are engaged in manufacturing, trading, shipping, forestry wood products, constructions, semiconductor engineering, real estate and hospitality.

She has also been involved in a number of corporate finance projects which include financial due diligence, initial public offering and reverse takeover exercises.

She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a fellowship member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Xue Yan
Partner (China Desk), Assurance
Xue Yan has more than 15 years of experience in the finance, accounting and auditing services. Throughout her career, she services a number of multi-national corporations and SMEs. Her broad range of clients includes non-profit organisations, investment holding, manufacturing, trading, logistic, education, marine, fund, construction and property development.

She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and holds professional qualification of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Frank Lee
Partner, Assurance
Frank has over 12 years of experience of delivering assurance and advisory services to clients over diverse sectors. His extensive experience includes working with companies listed in SGX, large multinational companies and private companies in fields such as manufacturing, trading, leisure, hotel management, engineering, construction, service provider, food and beverage, investment, shipping, charity, and church organizations.

He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a fellowship membership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Chang Ming Chew
Risk Management and Sustainability, Associate Director
Ming Chew brings over 20 years of experience in statutory audit, IPO reporting, internal audit, risk management, cybersecurity advisory, and corporate governance. He has worked with diverse clients, including listed companies and multinationals across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, oil & gas, and IT.

Ming Chew is also active in corporate training and professional advocacy, contributing to bodies like the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and ISACA Malaysia Chapter.
Lam Fong Kiew
International Tax Leader
Fong Kiew is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore with Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and an Accredited Tax Advisor with Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Limited. She has over two decades of cumulative tax consulting experience with reputable international accounting firms advising corporates as well as individuals, covering global and regional transactions.

Fong Kiew previously held leadership role in a mid-sized accounting firm where she nurtured the tax team, set the foundations for future growth and expanded the firm’s role on the international stage. She has been a key figure in the continued success of the firm’s Tax Practice, steering her team in helping clients to develop compliant and sustainable tax strategies. She also served as the Chair of the Asia Pacific Tax Practice within this international network of firms, bringing together tax expertise and solutions, across geographies and across a spectrum of taxes, to address the clients’ fast-evolving international tax needs.

Lynn Liu
Senior IT Manager
Lynn is our Senior IT Manager, she is a solution-oriented personnel with over ten-years of professional experience in designing cutting-edge, stream-lined technology systems for clients in the Financial Services, Accounting, Audit, and Port Terminal industries. She has also partnered effectively with client service teams across all industries to rectify technology gaps and improve productivity through innovative systems revolutionisation. With her strong IT technical knowledge and expertise, she has assisted clients to architect and construct various complex IT systems, such as Corporate Secretary Automation System, Financial Reporting Automation System, Practise Management Systems and etc.

She holds a Bachelor degree of Computer Science and Technology from the Dalian Jiao Tong University, China.
